Terms of Service & Rules

1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between LVA Market (the Marketplace), the Seller, and the Buyer. 1.2. By registering on the platform, placing an order, or using the services, the User unconditionally agrees to these Terms. LVA Market provides an online platform for Sellers to display and sell goods to Buyers. 1.3. LVA Market is an information intermediary and is not the owner of the goods (unless explicitly stated). All sales contracts are concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

2.1. To make purchases and track orders, the Buyer must register an account. 2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data (name, phone number, delivery address) and the security of their login credentials. 2.3. Transferring account access to third parties is strictly prohibited. The Marketplace reserves the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity.

3.1. An order is considered accepted after the Buyer receives confirmation. 3.2. Prices are indicated in rubles (RUB) and include all applicable taxes. 3.3. Payment can be made online via bank cards, SBP, or other available methods. 3.4. In case of a pricing error or out-of-stock item, the Marketplace or the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund within 3 business days.

4.1. Delivery is carried out to LVA Pickup Points, lockers, or by courier to the specified address. 4.2. Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the packaging and the item for any defects or discrepancies. 4.3. If a defect is found or the item does not match the description, the Buyer has the right to refuse the parcel immediately at the Pickup Point or from the courier. 4.4. Some items (e.g., sealed electronics) cannot be opened before payment.

5.1. The Buyer may return a good-quality item within 14 days of receipt, provided the presentation, factory seals, and tags are preserved. 5.2. Non-refundable items include underwear, cosmetics, jewelry, and certain electronics (in accordance with applicable law). 5.3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by the Seller or Marketplace.

6.1. The User agrees to use the platform in good faith. 6.2. It is forbidden to use bots, create fake orders, manipulate ratings, or leave abusive reviews. 6.3. The Marketplace reserves the right to block accounts, withhold funds, or cancel orders for users who violate these rules, engage in fraudulent activities, or abuse the return policy.

7.1. LVA Market is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or temporary technical failures of the platform. 7.2. In case of disputes regarding the quality of goods, the primary responsibility lies with the Seller. 7.3. Claims are resolved through negotiation via LVA Support. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Russian Federation.
